What data we collect and why
When you book a diagnostic call through this scheduling page, we collect your name, email address, and your written response to the intake question. This data is used solely to schedule and conduct the call, and to follow up in relation to it. No data is used for marketing without your separate consent.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of a pre-contractual arrangement (scheduling the call you requested) and, where applicable, your consent.
Third-party tools
Your booking is processed through Cal.com (cal.eu), whose privacy policy governs their data handling. Calls are conducted via Cal Video, subject to Cal.com's privacy policy.
Retention
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the engagement relationship, and deleted upon request.
Your rights
Under Swiss nDSG and, where applicable, EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at fdpic.ch, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
